The California Honeydrops in San Francisco

The California Honeydrops are an American R&B and blues band founded in Oakland, California in 2007 by singer Lech Wierzynski. Horns, piano and loose grooves revive West Coast jump blues and soul, with party-minded originals across more than a dozen albums from "Soul Tub!" (2008) onward. They built a reputation on festival stages and live releases before records such as "Soft Spot" (2022) and "Keep On Diggin'" (2024). Their gigs feel like a communal dance-hall jam rooted in vintage R&B.
