Southern Avenue is a Memphis band formed in 2015, blending blues, soul and gospel and named after the street that leads to Soulsville, the original home of Stax Records. Singer Tierinii Jackson fronts the group with Israeli guitarist Ori Naftaly and her sister Tikyra Jackson on drums. Their self-titled debut on Stax (2017) reached the Billboard blues top ten, followed by "Keep On" (2019) and "Family" (2025).
