Mike Baggetta

Mike Baggetta is an American guitarist and improviser whose work spans jazz, rock, and experimental music. Press praised his subtle fretwork, from Robert Fripp-like loopscapes to Tom Verlaine tones and freeform fuzz. He leads the post-genre trio mssv with Mike Watt and Stephen Hodges, and studied jazz at Rutgers before years in New York. Solo tours pair his sets with peers like Eli Winter for intimate nights of new songs and sounds.
