Evergrey is a progressive metal band from Gothenburg, Sweden, formed in 1993 by singer and guitarist Tom S. Englund. The group pairs progressive and power metal with dark lyrical themes of psychological struggle and existential doubt. Albums include the debut "The Dark Discovery" (1998), "In Search of Truth" (2001) and "Theories of Emptiness" (2024). Englund has stayed its central member through many lineup changes.
