Knocked Loose is an American hardcore punk band from Oldham County, Kentucky, formed in 2013. Vocalist Bryan Garris describes their sound as sandwiched between hardcore and metalcore, with bruising breakdowns built for the pit. They released "Laugh Tracks" (2016), "A Different Shade of Blue" (2019), and "You Won't Go Before You're Supposed To" (2024), whose single "Suffocate" earned a Grammy nomination. Their live sets are known for intense crowd energy and heavy moshing.
