We Came As Romans in Destin

We Came As Romans is an American metalcore band formed in Troy, Michigan, in 2005. Their songs pair screamed and clean vocals with orchestral keyboards and strings, and the lyrics deal with hope, brotherhood and purpose. Albums include "To Plant a Seed" (2009) and "Tracing Back Roots" (2013), which reached number eight on the Billboard 200. Vocalist Kyle Pavone died in 2018 and the band chose not to replace him.
