TKA is a Latin freestyle group from Upper Manhattan, New York City, formed in 1984. Their sound blends Latin freestyle and house with romantic dance-pop hooks. They broke through with the album "Scars of Love" (1987) and hits such as "One Way Love" and "Tears May Fall." Live, they headline freestyle revival shows alongside peers from the genre's 1980s and 1990s scene.
