The Westones

The Westones are an Oakland soul-funk supergroup formed in 2024, drawing on veterans of Dirtwire, Con Brio, Midtown Social and Afrolicious. Their sound blends heavy soul, R&B and funk, honed during a weekly residency at Degrees Plato in Oakland. They recorded a debut EP at Hyde Street Studios in San Francisco and have played the main stage at Golden Road Gathering.
