The Hip Snacks are a funk and soul band from Colorado, fronted by singer Kara Durante. Their sound combines funk and soul with blues, jazz and rock, built around guitar solos, keyboards and a prominent rhythm section. The group released its second album, "Out On A Limb", in 2026, preceded by the single "When You're Around".
