SOAK (Bridie Monds-Watson) is an Irish singer-songwriter from Derry, Northern Ireland, whose name blends soul and folk. Their music pairs breathy indie folk and dream pop with emotionally direct lyrics about youth and identity. The debut "Before We Forgot How to Dream" (2015) was Mercury Prize-nominated and won Ireland's Choice Music Prize. Live, they built a following from Derry's local scene to international festival stages.
