Prep is an English indie pop band formed in London in 2015, fronted by singer and lyricist Tom Havelock. Their retrofuturistic sound draws on 1980s pop, R&B and jazz, with lush synths and groovy basslines often compared to yacht rock, and songs about love, longing and personal reflection. Releases include the "Futures" EP (2016) and the albums "PREP" (2020) and "The Programme" (2024).
