Peter Hook and the Light is a band formed in 2010 by Peter Hook, founding bassist of Joy Division and later New Order. The group performs Joy Division and New Order albums live in their entirety, from "Unknown Pleasures" and "Closer" to "Power, Corruption & Lies" and "Get Ready". It began with a May 2010 charity concert revisiting "Unknown Pleasures", and the lineup includes Hook's son Jack Bates on bass.
