Peaches

Peaches is the stage name of Merrill Nisker, a Canadian electroclash musician and producer from Toronto. Her songs are blunt, funny and sexually explicit, built on raw drum machines and synths, with lyrics about gender and bodily autonomy. Her 2000 album "The Teaches of Peaches" made her name and won the Polaris Music Prize Heritage Award in 2015, and she has since worked with Iggy Pop, Yoko Ono and Christina Aguilera.
