Patrice Roberts is a Trinidadian soca singer from Toco in Sangre Grande. Her music draws on soca and calypso for Carnival dancefloors and road parades. She drew national notice in 2005 on "The Islands" with Bunji Garlin and won the 2006 Road March with Machel Montano on "Band of the Year." Live, she brings commanding vocals shaped by steelpan and Trinidad monarch stages.
