New Constellations is a dream pop duo from Portland, Oregon, made up of singer Harlee Case and multi-instrumentalist Josh Smith. Their sound leans on 1980s synth pop and R&B, mixing shimmering dance pop with moodier, experimental textures. The pair met as teenagers and reunited in 2015, breaking through with the 2021 single "Hot Blooded" ahead of the EP "Lean In" (2023) and the album "It Comes in Waves" (2026).
