Jesse Dayton is an Austin-based guitarist, singer and record producer from Beaumont, Texas, known for guitar work on records by Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and Willie Nelson. His music mixes alternative country and rockabilly, joining traditional country roots with punk energy. He has written music for Rob Zombie films, filled in as guitarist for X in 2015, and recorded "Death Wish Blues" (2023) with Samantha Fish.
