Have Mercy is an indie rock band from Baltimore, Maryland, formed in 2009 around singer-guitarist Brian Swindle. Their songs blend melancholic alt-rock with emo and post-hardcore weight. "The Earth Pushed Back" (2013) and Hopeless release "A Place of Our Own" (2014) built a national following before a 2020 break and 2022 reunion. Live they stack cathartic vocals and guitars on emo and rock bills.
