Gentlemen of the Woods in Ottawa

Gentlemen of the Woods is a folk and roots band from Ottawa whose early songs were built on banjo, upright bass and old-time melodies. The band blends classic folk-rock influences such as The Byrds and The Band with the modern sensibilities of Wilco, Dawes and the Avett Brothers. After "Radiance" (2017) and "This Great Unknown" (2019), it turned to a more electrified sound on "November Embers" (2026).
