Freedom Williams is an American rapper, singer and songwriter from Brooklyn, New York, best known as the lead rapper on C+C Music Factory's biggest hits. Producers Robert Clivillés and David Cole discovered him while he worked at a New York recording studio. He rapped on the 1990 debut "Gonna Make You Sweat", whose title track reached No. 1, and released the solo album "Freedom" in 1993.
