Cohen won the 2019 American Pianists Awards and has recorded with elders such as Ron Carter and Benny Golson in his Masters Legacy Series. His live-streamed Harlem rent party, Live From Emmet's Place, reached a worldwide audience. The trio headlines rooms such as the Village Vanguard and Birdland.
