Drag the River

Drag the River is an American alternative country band from Fort Collins, Colorado, formed in 1996 by punk veterans Chad Price of ALL and Jon Snodgrass of Armchair Martian. Their sound pairs rough-cut country-rock with literate, heartbreak-heavy songwriting rooted in DIY punk scenes. Early releases include "Hobo's Demos" (2000) and "Closed" (2002), followed by the booze-soaked "It's Crazy" (2006). Shows run from intimate duo sets to full-band road gigs built on camaraderie and barroom singalongs.
