DJ Cummerbund is an American mashup DJ and producer from Long Island, New York, active since 2014. He fuses unrelated songs into humorous, tightly edited remixes that spread widely on YouTube and TikTok. His mashup "Shaxicula" won a 2021 MTV Video Music Award, and he opened for the B-52s on their farewell tour and Las Vegas residencies. Live sets stack surprise genre collisions for festival and theater crowds.
