Charles Lewis

Charles Lewis is a Phoenix jazz pianist, composer, and educator known for Latin jazz rooted in Brazilian and Latin American rhythms. His lush quintet arrangements and inviting storytelling draw on decades as a Valley bandleader and dancer. A close friend of ASU Kerr namesake Louise Lincoln Kerr, he often shares her legacy from the venue stage. Shows pair energetic grooves with intimate jazz-club atmosphere at Kerr and halls across Arizona.
