1tbsp is the left-field dance project of Brisbane-born Australian producer Maxwell Byrne, also known for his earlier project Golden Vessel. His indie-house mixes in synth-pop, tech-house and reggaeton, pairing melodic warmth with a pop sensibility. Byrne found house music while curating his Sumoclic Nights parties in Brisbane, and his songwriting and production as Golden Vessel earned him a Grammy nomination.
