Local/Live with the Grovelers from Anodyne

It’s time to go back to school, which means WMSE returns from summer mayhem to do Local/Live from Anodyne on the first Tuesday of each month. The Sept. 1 edition of Local/Live from Anodyne brings a free, all-ages show with The Grovelers, hosted by Sid and Matt Wild. Formed in August 2013, The Grovelers were a project conceived by lifelong friends vocalist Skip and guitarist Graff. They quickly added Dane on drums and bassist Lemonie Fresh. Based out of Milwaukee, WI, The Grovelers are a high energy rock & roll band with a scorching original sound that draws influence from late 50’s rockabilly, early 60’s garage rock and 80’s punk rock.
