Dominique Fils-Aimé

Recognized as one of today’s most compelling voices in vocal jazz, Montréal-based singer- songwriter Dominique Fils-Aimé, a two-time JUNO Award winner, draws from Afro-American traditions to create a body of work that is both deeply emotional and socially engaged. On stage, she offers an immersive experience where her luminous voice and bold musical explorations reveal the full strength of her magnetic presence. Dominique Fils-Aimé captivates with her ability to weave an intimate connection with the audience, inviting them to share a space of profound communion and inner resonance. Whether in Canada (headlining the Montréal International Jazz Festival), in Europe (opening for Melody Gardot, Diana Krall, and Jamie Cullum), or in the United States (with acclaimed performances at the Blue Note in New York and Los Angeles, and Monterey Jazz Festival), Dominique Fils-Aimé enchants her audience and takes them on a transcendent journey.
