house tech-house techno

stress tess, R-DNA, dj33L and more played at Mood Ring in New York on Thursday, August 27, 2026 at 10:00 PM. R-DNA last played New York just last week, at Reforesters Laboratory.

DISCHARGE returns. Volume three pushes us deeper into new soundscapes, and further from the structures that contain us.

It opens bright and bodied — bouncy, pop-edged, built to move — then turns inward. Hardgroove into hypnotic and minimal, shedding the real and the imagined, until nothing's left but ourselves.

Techno-rooted, genre-fluid sounds by queer & FLINTA* artists, and our close allies — built for and by our community in NYC and beyond.
