Let’s Dance Brooklyn is back for Season 13!
After 13 years of love, laughter, and dance, we’re kicking off another incredible season with a very special Back 2 Skool Edition as we join forces with UPLIFTED for an afternoon of music, movement, and community for the young and young-at-heart.
For 13 years, Let's Dance Brooklyn has been New York City's favorite all-ages dance party … an authentic NYC underground dance experience where generations come together on one dance-floor. Rooted in the spirit of New York's legendary dance culture and built on a foundation of community, music, and love, it's a place where families, dancers, neighbors, and friends can move freely, connect deeply, and create lasting memories together.
To kick off Season 13, DJ Ali Coleman is deeply honored to welcome BRIDGE of UPLIFTED to the decks.
BRIDGE is a Brooklyn-based DJ who draws on her deep love of House and Disco music to craft sets that radiate joy and celebrate self-expression. Dubbed a rising star in NYC and the Queen of Vibes, she’s known for delivering high-energy, unforgettable experiences that move both heart and body. She seamlessly blends music, performance, and narrative while elevating house and disco classics to “bridge” multiple generations.
BRIDGE is the founder of UPLIFTED, a party series and platform dedicated to showcasing soulful, upbeat House music and celebrating Black House DJs. In New York, BRIDGE has become known for her emotionally rich, vocally driven sets that blur the line between fantasy and reality.
Together, we’ll create an afternoon of connection through music, movement, and community. Tickets are $10-$15 for single entry, or grab a $25 Group Ticket which covers up to 4 people … so bring the crew, the neighbors, or the family!
Dance with us on Nowadays’ legendary custom-built analog sound system. Expect great vibes, a full bar with adult and kid-friendly drinks, and authentic Mexican eats from The Zumbador.
Here’s to Season 13, to everyone who has been part of this journey, and to all the new friends who will join us on the dance-floor.
Let’s dance, Brooklyn.

Accessibility:
The wheelchair entrance to our indoor space is in the driveway, which is the access point most commonly used to enter Nowadays. During parties the driveway gate is locked, so please ask staff at the street entrance for assistance with entry.
All of our bathrooms are gender-neutral. There is one accessible stall indoors. Just ask any Nowadays staff member for the key, and they can show you the way. During parties, seating is available both on and off the dance floor. While we don’t have a dedicated quiet space indoors during parties, the booths next to coat check are a little quieter, and the deck and back yard a little quieter than that. Most nighttime parties include the use of strobe lights and water based haze.
