Winger

Winger are an American hard rock band formed in New York City in 1987, led by vocalist and bassist Kip Winger. Their polished glam metal pairs fiery rock anthems with power ballads built on melodic hooks and strong musicianship. Albums "Winger" (1988) and "In the Heart of the Young" (1990) went platinum, spawning hits "Seventeen," "Headed for a Heartbreak," and "Miles Away." Their concerts deliver the high-energy arena rock showmanship that defined late 1980s metal.
