Umphrey's McGee

Umphrey's McGee is an American jam and progressive rock band formed at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana in 1997. They weave rock, metal, funk, jazz and electronic styles into tightly composed originals and open-ended improvisations they call Jimmy Stewarts. Albums include "Anchor Drops" (2004), and they have headlined the Summer Camp Music Festival since 2002. Their concerts are known for set-list surprises, virtuosic interplay and extended improvisation.
