Their music mixes rap, piano pop, rock and electronica, and Joseph's lyrics deal with anxiety, depression and self-doubt. "Blurryface" (2015) was their breakthrough, and "Stressed Out" won a Grammy in 2017. Their energetic concerts are known for costumes, backflips and on-stage acrobatics.
