Third Coast Symphony

Third Coast Symphony is a professional orchestra based in Skokie, Illinois, serving the greater Chicago area under music director Victor Muenzer. It was formed by merging the Skokie Valley Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1962, with the Park Ridge Civic Orchestra. The ensemble programs classical standards alongside new commissions, including works by composers from the communities it serves. Concerts take place at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts and venues across Chicago's west and south sides.
