The Midnight is an American synthwave duo formed in Los Angeles in 2012 by singer Tyler Lyle and Danish producer Tim McEwan. Their retro leaning synth pop pairs 1980s drum machines and saxophone with lyrics about nostalgia and the passing of time. Albums include "Endless Summer" (2016), "Kids" (2018) and "Heroes" (2022).
