The Jo Shmos

The Jo Shmos are a five-piece indie alternative band of close friends. Their songs tackle coming-of-age struggles, from mental health to family friction, in electric, emotionally charged rock. Singer Katie calls the material an open diary from years of late-night writing in her childhood bedroom. Their event copy stresses energetic shows built around honest, lived-in songs.
