The Burning Hell

The Burning Hell is a Canadian indie rock band formed in 2006 by songwriter Mathias Kom with multi-instrumentalist Ariel Sharratt. Their narrative songs are hyper-literate, mixing literary, historical and pop-cultural subjects with a fixation on apocalypse. Albums include "Garbage Island" (2022) and "Ghost Palace" (2025). In 2012 they claimed an unofficial record for most shows in different countries in 24 hours.
