The Bourbon Jockeys

The Bourbon Jockeys are a Milwaukee-based blues and R&B quartet founded in 2022 by veteran Wisconsin musicians Michael Arnold and Jon Ziegler. Their sound draws on swamp blues and vintage R&B, inspired by Jimmy Reed, Slim Harpo, and Lightnin' Slim. Drummer Bart Ferrara and upright bassist Nick Hunt joined in 2023, solidifying a lineup that has played festivals across Southeastern Wisconsin. Their shows blend classic soul and dance-floor blues delivered with spirited enthusiasm.
