SWV (Sisters With Voice) is an American R&B vocal trio formed in New York City in 1990 by Cheryl "Coko" Clemons, Tamara "Taj" Johnson and Leanne "Lelee" Lyons. Their harmonies ride smooth new jack swing and gospel-tinged ballads about love and heartache. Debut album "It's About Time" (1992) spawned hits "Weak," "Right Here" and "I'm So Into You." Live sets lean on those 1990s chart staples for nostalgic singalongs.
