Susto Stringband

Susto Stringband is a roots project led by SUSTO founder Justin Osborne, reworking his catalog in acoustic bluegrass and old-time settings. The songs share SUSTO's confessional lyricism, moving between Southern Gothic, folk, rock, country, and psychedelia. Albums include "Susto Stringband: Volume 1" (2025) and "Susto Stringband: Volume 2" (2026). Live shows strip the material to intimate, front porch stringband arrangements centered on voice and storytelling.
