Stephen Wilson Jr. is an American country and rock singer-songwriter from Seymour, Indiana. He describes his sound as "Death Cab for Country", drawing on Willie Nelson, Nirvana and Soundgarden. A former Golden Gloves boxer and food-science researcher, he became a staff songwriter in 2016 and wrote "Son of Dad" (2023) around the death of his father. He sang the national anthem at the 2025 NFL Draft.
