Star Moles is the indie pop project of Emily Moales, a New Hampshire native based in Philadelphia. Her music blends bedroom pop and folk, with lyrics about Philadelphia life and topics such as religious fanaticism and environmental collapse. Moales has released music since 2017, moving from fantastical, mythology-inspired work toward songs grounded in everyday life. "Highway to Hell" was produced by Kevin Basko at Historic New Jersey.
