Spacehog is a rock band of musicians from Leeds, England, formed in New York City in 1994 around brothers Royston and Antony Langdon. Their sound mixes 1990s alternative rock and Britpop with the glam and space rock of the 1970s, recalling David Bowie, Queen and T. Rex. The 1995 debut "Resident Alien" went gold on the strength of the single "In the Meantime". After splitting in 2001, the band reunited in 2008.
