Sam Ness is a folk and Americana singer-songwriter from Wisconsin, raised in Sauk City. He blends traditional folk roots with an alternative indie feel, using percussive guitar and loop effects. He won WAMI Folk Performer of the Year in 2025 and became the youngest inductee into the Madison Music Hall of Fame in 2024. Live shows range from wild dance moments to raw, quiet sets built on years of busking.
