Roe Kapara is the stage name of Austin Sellinger, an American singer from St. Louis, Missouri, based in Los Angeles. His songs blend psychedelic rock and indie pop with a macabre, surreal aesthetic that carries into his stop-motion music videos. He built his audience online during the pandemic with the viral "Employment Cost" (2021) and signed with Epitaph Records in 2023.
