Powerplant is a band led by Ukrainian guitarist and vocalist Theo Zhykharyev, formerly his solo project and now a quartet with bass, drums, and synth. Zhykharyev started as a solo act before expanding the lineup with bass, drums, and synthesizer. They appear on hardcore bills at small clubs across the U.S., including Cleveland, Nashville, and Baltimore.
