PopUp Chorus in Durham

PopUp Chorus is a drop-in choir based in Durham, North Carolina, founded in 2014 by Lauren Bromley Hodge. There is no audition and no ongoing commitment, and the group is never the same twice. At each event leaders teach the harmonies to two pop songs, usually one recent and one older, and the chorus rehearses and then performs them the same night. The final run-through is filmed and posted online.
