Pimpinela is an Argentine sibling duo of Lucía and Joaquín Galán from Buenos Aires, active since 1981. Their songs frame couples arguing through theatrical dialogue set to romantic pop ballads. The 1984 hit "Olvídame y pega la vuelta" helped establish their signature duet style. Their shows stack emblematic songs with musicians, choruses, dancers, and big-screen imagery.
