Pierre Bensusan

Pierre Bensusan is a French-Algerian acoustic guitarist, vocalist, and composer known for his DADGAD fingerstyle technique. His music fuses folk, jazz, classical, and Celtic strands into an intimate, often orchestral solo sound. His debut album "Près de Paris" won the Grand Prix du Disque at Montreux, and the live triple album "Encore" took an Independent Music Award. Solo concerts center on his Lowden guitar, open tunings, and unaccompanied command of melody.
