PCRV

PCRV is the harsh noise project of Matthew Taggart, based in Fargo, North Dakota. The music uses improvised harsh electronics in a solo setting, favoring fast, disjointed, aggressive attacks with moments of drone. Taggart also runs Fluxus Montana, the label behind releases such as "When Hope Fails Us" (2024) and "Live Fargo Actions" (2025). Live sets emphasize immediacy and relentless electronic assault.
