Otis Taylor

Otis Taylor is an American blues musician born in Chicago who grew up in Denver and lives in Boulder, Colorado. A multi-instrumentalist on guitar, banjo, harmonica, and vocals, he is known for stark songwriting and the trance blues style he pioneered. He returned to recording with "Blue-Eyed Monster" (1996), then broke through with "White African" (2000) and "Truth Is Not Fiction" (2003). Live sets pair passionate vocals with searching electric and acoustic blues.
