meg elsier is a Nashville based indie rock singer, songwriter and visual artist who grew up half Korean in New England. She pairs sweet vocals and opulent melodies with grungy guitars and weighty production in an ethereal shoegaze style. Her debut album "spittake" (2024) grew from songs she wrote and demoed herself before recording with producer Ryan McFadden. Her lyrics draw on keen wit and self awareness, exploring love, nostalgia and belonging with commanding live energy.
